Which version of a document is the official one?

The most recently adopted version approved by the HOA. If there’s a conflict, the signed or recorded version controls.

Can I get a copy of the CC&Rs and Bylaws?

Yes. These are typically available to all owners. If you don’t see them posted, request a copy via the contact page.

How do I submit an architectural request?

Complete the architectural request form and include any required plans, materials, and photos. Submit it using the instructions on the form.

Where can I find meeting minutes?

Approved minutes are posted after they’re finalized. Check the “Meeting minutes & agendas” section above.

Are financial documents available to residents?

Availability can vary by document type and local requirements. Contact the HOA for the appropriate process and any applicable fees.
